Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, d\u00e9sormais bien ancr\u00e9 dans la vie de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, a permis aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de s\u2019immerger concr\u00e8tement dans leur futur environnement professionnel.<\/p><p>Tout comme l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de rencontrer de nombreux professionnels du secteur m\u00e9dico-social venus pr\u00e9senter leur m\u00e9tier, leur parcours et les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain. Organis\u00e9e sous forme de stands, la matin\u00e9e s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e selon un syst\u00e8me de rotation par petits groupes toutes les 15 minutes, favorisant des \u00e9changes dynamiques, vari\u00e9s et personnalis\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Une nouveaut\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique : le passeport de l\u2019orientation<\/p><p>Cette ann\u00e9e, une nouveaut\u00e9 a enrichi l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des \u00e9l\u00e8ves : <strong>la mise en place d\u2019un passeport de l\u2019orientation<\/strong>. Chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve en \u00e9tait muni et devait le compl\u00e9ter au fil de ses rencontres.<\/p><p>\u00c0 chaque stand, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves avaient des missions courtes et concr\u00e8tes : poser des questions aux professionnels, identifier des informations cl\u00e9s sur les m\u00e9tiers, d\u00e9couvrir les comp\u00e9tences et qualit\u00e9s attendues, mieux comprendre les parcours de formation.<\/p><p>Ce dispositif a permis de rendre les \u00e9l\u00e8ves acteurs de leur orientation, en les impliquant activement dans leurs \u00e9changes et leurs d\u00e9couvertes.<\/p><p>Une immersion au c\u0153ur du monde professionnel<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette matin\u00e9e, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont pu :<\/p><ul><li>affiner leur projet professionnel,<\/li><li>d\u00e9couvrir la diversit\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers du secteur (aide-soignant, \u00e9ducateur, auxiliaire de vie, infirmier, etc.),<\/li><li>mieux appr\u00e9hender les attentes du terrain,<\/li><li>cr\u00e9er un premier lien avec des professionnels.<\/li><\/ul><p>Cette rencontre concr\u00e8te avec le monde du travail constitue une \u00e9tape essentielle dans leur parcours de formation et leur future insertion professionnelle.<\/p><p>\u00a0L\u2019\u00e9tablissement remercie chaleureusement l\u2019ensemble des intervenants pour leur disponibilit\u00e9 et la richesse de leurs d\u2019avenir. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de seconde et de premi\u00e8re de la fili\u00e8re ASSP participent \u00e0 une matin\u00e9e d\u2019orientation pour pr\u00e9parer leur vie apr\u00e8s le bac. L\u2019initiative n\u2019est pas nouvelle, mais la formule a chang\u00e9.<\/p><p>ITW de Carine EYERMANN \u2013 Bureau des entreprises \u2013 Lyc\u00e9e Simon Lazard : \u00ab\u00a0On leur a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un passeport de l\u2019orientation dans lequel ils vont avoir diff\u00e9rentes questions en fonction des diff\u00e9rents stands qu\u2019ils vont visiter. Ils vont devoir r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions et \u00e0 la fin, on leur remettra un petit sticker. L\u2019objectif, c\u2019est que vraiment les \u00e9l\u00e8ves soient acteurs de leur parcours et acteurs de cette journ\u00e9e, pour qu\u2019ils soient dans l\u2019information et dans l\u2019\u00e9change avec les professionnels.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p>Visiblement, la formule fonctionne.<\/p><p>ITW de Loan \u2013 \u00c9l\u00e8ve de seconde ASSP \u2013 Lyc\u00e9e Simon Lazard : \u00ab\u00a0Ils pr\u00e9sentent leur m\u00e9tier et \u00e7a m\u2019int\u00e9resse ce qu\u2019ils font et la formation bein c\u2019est ce que j\u2019aimerais faire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p>Dans les m\u00e9tiers des soins et services \u00e0 la personne, les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi sont nombreuses.<\/p><p>ITW de Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique LAMORCE \u2013 Enseignante \u2013 Fili\u00e8re ASSP \u2013 Lyc\u00e9e Simon Lazard\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0La fili\u00e8re ASSP pr\u00e9pare aux m\u00e9tiers du soin. Je crois que dans la presse, on est tous au courant que c\u2019est une fili\u00e8re en tension. Il y a un besoin crucial et cons\u00e9quent de personnel soignant. Paradoxalement, ce n\u2019est pas parce que les m\u00e9tiers sont en tension que nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves vont avoir plus de facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver un emploi. C\u2019est pour \u00e7a qu\u2019une matinale pr\u00e9pare aussi l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 de nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont en effet parfois des id\u00e9es pr\u00e9con\u00e7ues sur les m\u00e9tiers. Dans cette fili\u00e8re, les filles sont tr\u00e8s largement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es. \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons pratiquement 90\u00a0% de fille en ASSP\u00a0\u00bb,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.republicain-lorrain.fr\/education\/2025\/08\/29\/lycee-professionnel-lazard-deux-nouvelles-recrues-dans-l-equipe-de-direction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">confirme l\u2019enseignante.<\/a><\/p><\/div><div class=\"textComponent element4\"><p>\u00ab\u00a0Pour cette troisi\u00e8me \u00e9dition, nous avons invit\u00e9 des repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019un Ehpad, de l\u2019IRTS de Metz qui forme aux m\u00e9tiers sociaux, de l\u2019Ifsi et l\u2019Ifas, et de l\u2019Amapa dont le directeur est ancien \u00e9l\u00e8ve de bac pro ASSP.
