Au lyc\u00e9e Simon-Lazard, nous avons suivi un atelier avec Karima Kanane, conseill\u00e8re France Travail, et des jeunes en terminale Bac pro accompagnement, soins et services \u00e0 la personne.<\/strong><\/h4><div class=\"textComponent element1\"><p>Ils ont 17 ans et sont en terminale Bac pro accompagnement, soins et services \u00e0 la personne au\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.republicain-lorrain.fr\/education\/2025\/08\/29\/lycee-professionnel-lazard-deux-nouvelles-recrues-dans-l-equipe-de-direction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lyc\u00e9e professionnel Simon-Lazard \u00e0 Sarreguemines<\/a>. Devant eux, un professeur particulier\u00a0: Karima Kanane, conseill\u00e8re France Travail, charg\u00e9e du dispositif Avenir Pro ensemble vers l\u2019emploi. Un dispositif qui permet de suivre les jeunes durant leur derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de lyc\u00e9e et les amener vers l\u2019emploi pour les uns, vers une poursuite d\u2019\u00e9tudes pour les autres. En toute connaissance du march\u00e9 du travail et en leur ouvrant ainsi un r\u00e9seau.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"richContentComponent adsComponents\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"textComponent element3\"><p>Car l\u2019enjeu est l\u00e0\u00a0: mettre en relation jeunes, entreprises et secteurs en recherche de personnels. \u00ab\u00a0Je travaille \u00e9troitement avec Carine Eyermann, responsable du bureau des entreprises au sein du lyc\u00e9e, l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e9ducative et la direction\u00a0\u00bb, indique Karima Kanane. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience de ce dispositif men\u00e9e en 2020-2021 est aujourd\u2019hui d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e sur l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019Hexagone. 111 jeunes sont concern\u00e9s, toutes fili\u00e8res confondues\u00a0: Bac pro logistique, m\u00e9tiers du commerce et de la vente, organisation des transports de marchandises, accompagnement, soins et services \u00e0 la personne, cuisine, commercialisation et services en restauration, boulanger p\u00e2tissier mais aussi CAP agent accompagnant au grand \u00e2ge et certificat de sp\u00e9cialisation p\u00e2tisserie de boutique.<\/p><\/div><h4>38\u00a0% des demandeurs d\u2019emploi ont le bac<\/h4><p>Karima Kanane intervient pour sensibiliser les jeunes au march\u00e9 du travail. \u00ab\u00a0Quatre s\u00e9ances d\u20191\u00a0h\u00a030, par groupe, sont pr\u00e9vues, explique-t-elle. J\u2019aborde le march\u00e9 du travail avec ses besoins et les comp\u00e9tences attendues, comment outiller les jeunes (rechercher une entreprise, postuler, recherches les offres, proposer une candidature spontan\u00e9e), comment pr\u00e9parer un entretien d\u2019embauche, comment se conna\u00eetre pour mieux se faire conna\u00eetre. Ce dispositif est utile pour la recherche d\u2019alternance, des jobs d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, des stages, des extras. Kubra souhaite poursuivre ses \u00e9tudes en\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.republicain-lorrain.fr\/education\/2026\/01\/16\/soins-infirmiers-huit-ateliers-pour-decouvrir-la-formation-ce-samedi-17-janvier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Institut de formation en soins infirmiers \u00e0 Sarreguemines<\/a>\u00a0ou Forbach. \u00ab\u00a0J\u2019aime \u00eatre en contact avec les gens. Cet atelier permet de me corriger de savoir quelles formules utiliser pour\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.republicain-lorrain.fr\/education\/2026\/01\/19\/les-inscriptions-sur-parcoursup-debutent-ce-lundi-il-y-a-des-outils-pour-reduire-les-inegalites\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Parcoursup<\/a>.\u00a0\u00bb M\u00eame destin\u00e9e pour Lina, \u00ab\u00a0comme ma maman qui est dans le soin\u00a0\u00bb. L\u2019aide et les conseils apport\u00e9s par Karima Kanane l\u2019ont conduite \u00e0 confirmer son parcours. \u00ab\u00a0Je gagne ainsi en autonomie.
