DE METZ"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"5062\" class=\"elementor elementor-5062\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-03390d6 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"03390d6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3877373 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3877373\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"140\" data-end=\"696\">Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la section Bac Professionnel Boulangerie-P\u00e2tisserie du lyc\u00e9e Simon Lazard ont eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 la Foire Internationale de Metz, o\u00f9 ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 chaleureusement accueillis par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Boulangers de la Moselle.<br data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"398\" \/>Au cours de cette journ\u00e9e, ils ont pu \u00e9changer avec des professionnels passionn\u00e9s et s\u2019initier \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes pratiques : le fa\u00e7onnage et la cuisson du pain, la r\u00e9alisation de produits traiteur ainsi que la pr\u00e9paration de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s artisanales, le tout directement sur le stand de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration.<\/p><p data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"1073\">L\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par un temps fort particuli\u00e8rement formateur : le montage d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce mont\u00e9e en choux autour du th\u00e8me du violon. Cette exp\u00e9rience, \u00e0 la fois technique et cr\u00e9ative, s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e tr\u00e8s enrichissante et a constitu\u00e9 une v\u00e9ritable source de motivation pour nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves, qui ont ainsi pu mesurer toute la richesse et l\u2019exigence de leur futur m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
