\u00e0 la carte d\u2019un restaurant. Le dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 du bac professionnel g\u00e8re les commandes, les relations avec les fournisseurs et les stocks de produits.<\/p><p>Ses comp\u00e9tences en gestion et en comptabilit\u00e9 lui permettent de ma\u00eetriser les co\u00fbts et d\u2019analyser au mieux sa politique commerciale. D\u2019ailleurs, comme les personnels de salle, le cuisinier conna\u00eet les techniques commerciales pour am\u00e9liorer les ventes et il entretient les relations avec la client\u00e8le. Il est attentif \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de son m\u00e9tier et sait adapter ses pratiques professionnelles.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s le bac pro cuisine, le cuisinier d\u00e9bute comme premier commis ou chef de partie dans les restaurants traditionnels et chef-g\u00e9rant ou responsable de production en restauration collective.
